MCP Lambda 500: contract/openapi.yaml not bundled into esbuild asset (ENOENT at runtime). Tests passed at FS level; deployed bundle missing the file. Fix: embed dereferenced contract at build time like DocsFn.

FIXED + verified live. Merged fix/mcp-contract-bundling to main (--no-ff), all gates green (jest 350 tests 100/100/100/100, tsc, eslint, all check-*.sh incl new check-mcp-contract-drift). cdk deploy LasitavaProjectsStack -> UPDATE_COMPLETE (McpFn updated). LIVE MCP VERIFY via real @modelcontextprotocol/sdk Client + StreamableHTTPClientTransport against /mcp: connected, tools/list=21, callTool listProducts returned real data, callTool createItem created BUILD-13 end-to-end. BUILD-13 confirmed on GET /projects/BUILD/board. Regression: /products, /docs, /p/BUILD all 200. No more 500. main pushed. graphify refreshed to 598 nodes.

Build-time embed done: scripts/build-mcp-contract.ts writes src/mcp/contract.generated.ts (dereferenced, committed). Handler rewired to embedded CONTRACT, not loadContract(). RED-first no-FS-read characterization test green. Drift gate check-mcp-contract-drift.sh red-proofed (staled file failed+restored, then passed clean). Running full gate suite next.
