Build out LasitavaProjectsPipeline — deployed but idle

DEPLOYED + VERIFIED IDLE. LasitavaProjectsPipelineStack CREATE_COMPLETE; source jcfant/LasitavaProjects @ release (nonexistent by design); single CreatePipeline execution Failed at Source; ZERO CodeBuild builds = zero spend. Flip to pipeline deploys later by pushing a release branch — no infra change needed. Local cdk deploy remains ship path per JC.

Wiring merged (3a565be via c15b066). Deploying LasitavaProjectsPipelineStack now with real GithubConnection ARN + githubBranch=release (nonexistent -> pipeline idle, zero CodeBuild). Verify after: pipeline resource exists, no Build-stage executions.

Wiring done: infra/wire-pipeline-stack @ 3a565be. app.ts now instantiates LasitavaProjectsPipelineStack (was never wired — cdk deploy had no stack to find). Red-first app.test.ts asserts pipeline synths; tsc clean; synth verified AWS::CodePipeline::Pipeline named LasitavaProjectsPipeline. Awaiting merge sequence, then deploy with real connection ARN + -c githubBranch=release (idle).

Agent wire-pipeline-stack dispatched (worktree, branch infra/wire-pipeline-stack): TDD-wire ProjectsPipelineStack into infra/app.ts (class existed, never instantiated). On green: merge + deploy with real GithubConnection ARN 2f8f2bb2 + -c githubBranch=release (branch nonexistent = pipeline idle, zero CodeBuild). Local cdk deploy remains ship path per JC.
